All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the 

Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Use

By using Unwildered’s products and services, you are committing to refrain from any actions that could disrupt or diminish the service's performance or availability. You are also agreeing not to engage with the service in any manner that is illegal, illicit, deceitful, or detrimental, which includes but is not limited to activities associated with hate speech, harassment, violence, political manipulation, spam, or malware.

You agree to abstain from any systematic or automated data gathering activities on or concerning the service. This includes, but is not limited to, scraping, data mining, data extraction, or data harvesting, particularly using the service to feed other services, websites, or databases. You are also agreeing not to republish any content from the service without proper attribution to the service and the context in which the content was generated. Any misrepresentation of the content's source or the manner of its creation is expressly forbidden. Caira

Caira is an artificial intelligence program that generates outputs based on a users inputs. It uses several language models which includes GPT4o. However the large language model used is subject to change without notice.

Free trial

Unwildered offers a trial of 5 queries. At the end of the trial, users will lose access to their documents and conversation history. Payment is required to regain access.

Premium version - current limits:

Messages

-Send 15 messages per day

-Max 25,000 characters per message 

Document uploads

-10 documents total upload

-PDF and TXT files Bear in mind that Caira cannot read text that’s in an image or screenshot.

-Limits per document: max 55,000 characters, which is roughly -7,500-13,500 words

-15 megabytes file size limit per document

Refunds

The free trial enables the user to try the service/product before purchase. Therefore no refunds are offered

Unsubscribing 

If a user unsubscribes, they will have access to the service until the next renewal date. If a user has purchased access for 3, 6 or 12 months, access will automatically stop at the end of the period.

Caira and information provided by Unwildered must not be relied upon as financial, tax, medical or mental health advice.

We regularly update the content and data on the website to remain current and relevant. Sources include government organisations and bodies which could have delays, errors or incompleteness in their information.

We’re not liable for any loss or damage that may come from using unwildered.co.uk. This includes:

-any loss or damage caused by civil wrongs (‘tort’, including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
